5. The Role:
   1. Evaluate and execute potential investments in technology startups in the CSSP space
   2. Responsibilities include financial and operational due diligence, market research, valuation analyses, participation in management meetings and preparation of investment memos
   3. Opportunity to work with the full NightDragon team and build relationships with portfolio company founders and teams
   4. High level of autonomy and ownership as you will spearhead and structure full diligence processes and be asked to make decisions
   5. This is a career track position
6. Qualifications:
   1. 1 - 4 years of investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate development experience
   2. Applicants must have demonstrated academic and professional excellence
   3. Candidates should be ambitious, independent, and intellectually curious
   4. Individuals should possess strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work well in teams, quantitative proficiency, and a passion for technology and entrepreneurship
   5. Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure software preferred
